A proposed balanced SEAMO budget should be presented to the SEAMO Resources Committee by the SEAMO Chief Executive Officer no later than February 15. The SEAMO Resources Committee, after due consideration and discussion with the SEAMO CEO, will recommend a budget to SEAMO Governing no later than two months prior to the beginning of the fiscal year. To the extent possible, the SEAMO Chief Executive Officer will present the University budget to the Resources Committee which will present it to SEAMO Governing for information.
