Policy

Ministry of Community and Social Services Funding is governed by the following principles:

1. Cooperative, not unilateral, decision-making regarding the use of resources;

2. Establishment of a method to manage collaboratively the resources from the Ministry of Community and Social Services in a manner reflective of the changing environment and needs;

3. The possible redeployment of resources within Queen’s University to address other higher priority needs of this Ministry and the service community;

4. Participation by this Ministry, Queen’s University and Ongwanada;
