Phase III: Shortly after the University�s closure for the Christmas holiday, SEAMO received from the Physician�s Services Committee, (OMA and Ministry) a draft contract describing Phase III of the AHSC AFP Project. Last week, a teleconference with the governance organizations, the Ministry and OMA clarified the material sent immediately prior to the Christmas break.
