Policy

That the Chief Executive Officer, be authorized to take such actions as considered necessary to meet the financial obligations of SEAMO, provided that:

1. Such actions be reported in advance, if possible, and in any case promptly to the SEAMO Governing Committee, and

2. No action be taken that is contrary to policies established by the SEAMO Governing Committee.
