CMPA Premiums

Policy

That where CMPA premiums exceed the 1986 base year rate, departmental allocations will be increased for all amounts which exceed 5% of the individual member's department total SEAMO income.

It was also agreed to give Management the authority to apply a per capita tax to create a source of funds to off-set this subsidy.
