Completing a Consult Case: Feedback from Specialists

When completing a consult, you can send optional feedback to the specialist who answered your case. We received feedback from some specialists, that while they love hearing your thank you’s, sending a message when completing the consult results in a notification alerting the specialist that additional action is required. We encourage you to use this field to provide detailed and constructive feedback.
