On November 1-2, 60 individuals, including SEAMO-Funded Physicians, University and Hospital Leaders, came together to contribute to the Redesign of the SEAMO Accountability Framework. The group worked collaboratively to discuss key themes:
- Domains
- Clinical
- Education
- Research
- Incentives
- Indicators and metrics
- Leadership
- Physician Wellness
- Quality
The Accountability Framework Redesign (AFR) Working Group will use the findings from the retreat to inform the plan moving forward, with the goal of bringing recommendations to the Governing Committee.
The findings and decisions of the AFR Working Group will be reported to the Governing Committee at their December meeting.
