OTN released a successful eConsult upgrade on November 1, 2019, that includes the following enhancements to the Ontario eConsult Service: 

  • Enables providers to identify their priority regions to support access to local specialist groups
  • Improves efficiency and functionality of eConsult settings 
  • Enhances assigner functionality to better respect specialist restrictions
  • Automated case assignment to specialists within specialty groups (COMING SOON FOR THE Southeastern REGION)
