The Ministry of Health and the Ontario Medical Association recently introduced additional billing codes to support the delivery of virtual care during the pandemic. These codes are meant to help assist in the billing of eVisits. The original K-Codes (K080, K081, K082, K083) continue to be active.

Important: Physicians need to complete the attached “OHIP Virtual Care Physician & Dentist Registration Form” and submit it to serviceactivation@otn.ca in order to bill for eVisits. The date on this form should correspond with your first K-Code submission and can be backdated. Please reference OHIP Billing Information for Telemedicine Services for additional information.
